For Reservations Between October – April: The charge for heating the pool is $70 per night, payable up front. This is charged as a separate, optional fee. Please specify if you wish to enjoy the heated pool when booking.

Our standard safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. We also have security cameras in place to protect the property.
Biltmore is in the heart of Phoenix, only a few minutes from the downtown area as well as areas like Tempe and Scottsdale. The property is also just a 15-minute drive from the Sky Harbor International Airport.
