We will provide all the basic necessities you need to enjoy our properties including:
We supply basic kitchen supplies for your stay like pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware. You will have access to several cooking appliances like a stove, oven, and microwave. We also have small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. While you supply the food, our kitchens have a full refrigerator and freezer as well as storage spaces. You can find information about local grocery shops in the individual property listings.
Absolutely. All of our properties have access to high-speed internet so that you can be productive (or entertained) during your stay. We make login details available as part of the check-in process.
Our properties are primarily short-term rentals, so we do not recommend shipping packages directly to them. We suggest having packages sent to a local post office or another secure location. We highly recommend using Amazon lockers if you order through this company.
Additional fees for pools and spas depend on the property and season. Several of our properties ask renters to offset the cost of heating a pool during the cooler months.
We can often arrange for an early check-in or late check-out. However, you must contact us ahead of time so we can ensure the property is ready. This type of request affects our cleaning schedules and staffing. Your rental agreement gives us the right to assess a fee if you do not specifically arrange for a late checkout.
You will receive the information you need to access the property 24-48 hours before your check-in day and time.
Our properties are solely for the use of reserved guests. Because these homes are located in residential neighborhoods, it is essential to avoid excessive noise or events that could disturb neighbors. There are also no event permits associated with our properties.
Please check the description of the property for more details of what is available. While most of the furniture you see will be present for your stay, some accessories in photos are there for staging purposes.
Our properties do not allow pets at this time.
